Why I Love Stealth Products

If you have never heard of Stealth fitness, then you are missing out on the best full-body workout you can do. I own both the stealth plank trainer and the new squat trainer. Each gives you a full-body workout that you will feel and if used consistently will give you real results. See my post on the stealth plank trainer to view my before and after photos.

Stealth fitness has given me the motivation I needed to get back in shape and stay active in these mature years of my life. (I am now 55 years old and never felt better!)

I still have goals to meet but the Squat trainer has added something extra to my workouts. 

Who Doesn’t Hate Planks and Squats?

Planks and squats are two of the most boring exercises on my list, yet are essential elements of fitness. A strong core is what keeps the back safe while doing most other forms of exercise and activities we do on a daily basis. And what is connected to these? The glutes. Strong glutes help both posture and balance.

Why Are Gluteus Muscles Important

Gluteus muscles are also connected to the hip flexors. I had great difficulty walking any distance, thinking that my left hip was being affected by arthritis, which I have in my neck and spine. After some x-rays it was discovered that my hips are fine, so why was I having all of this pain?  The Piriformis muscle, also connected to the gluteus needed stretching.

By doing some daily stretching BEFORE I use my stealth trainers my “hip pain” (actually the piriformis muscle) has all but disappeared. It is truly amazing how the body works and if it becomes unbalanced or weak in one area how other areas will be affected. By using my squat trainer daily I am not only working my gluteus muscles but my core and upper body as well. A true full-body workout in just 3 minutes up to 3 times per day!

You owe it to yourself to give stealth a try. If I had to choose between the plank board or squat, it would be the squat, simply because you remain on your feet. The squat is anchored (preferably)to a door or other sturdy spot, via a heavy-duty strap stored in the back. See the photo below. ( At my age that is a good thing). Both are excellent fitness boards and I highly recommend them.

Stealth trainers are taking over the fitness industry

I personally see why! I see a new bike coming out soon that will be used with the stealth app, which is already available with both the plank and squat trainers. 

 Guaranteed that this will be added to my home gym in the very near future and a review will be written in this as well.

My squat trainer is used daily but not my plank trainer, as this writer has been diagnosed with severe arthritis in her neck.

Unfortunately, arthritis is not a temporary condition, so I will be forced to sell or donate my plank. I am crushed and reluctant to part with it!
