Does The stealth fitness board really work? A good day to you friends! I am excited to write this post because in my battle with the bulge I have never found anything like the stealth fitness board! If you are wondering if the stealth fitness board really works, how it works, and if you should add it to your health and fitness program, my honest review of this product/program will definitely help you decide.

What Is A Stealth Fitness Board?

The stealth fitness board is used for mastering that dreaded plank nobody enjoys. If you have ever tried holding the plank for any length of time you know it is BORING and uncomfortable, especially when you first begin adding the plank to your health and fitness regime. If you have a weak core as I did, a few seconds will seem like an eternity and that becomes frustrating, and so you decide to avoid that exercise. What we don’t realize is that your core is exactly what the name implies: the center of physical strength. Once you strengthen your core, your whole body will become stronger.

How Does The stealth Fitness Board Work?

When we do the plank, we are balancing on both our forearms and toes. The stealth fitness board takes the plank to a whole new level by incorporating games into your planking via an app you install on your phone or other devices that will fit into the recess on the board. (See photo). 1. Choose your game. The stealth fitness board has two free games .2. Place your phone or device into the recess and begin your game. Your movements will control the game and before you know it, time flies! I am absolutely hooked on my stealth fitness board and when I first started out I could only hold a plank for 35 seconds. I began in the modified position (on the knees) to gain more time. within the first week, I was in full plank for over a minute. Yes, it does work! Here is proof:

As you can see from my photos above, and these have NOT been altered, I have lost INCHES and am delighted with my results in just ONE month! Here is a screenshot from my stealth app. I have not used my stealth fitness board yet today and as soon as I finish this post I will do my first workout of the day. I try to use my stealth three times a day.

I have been using the stealth fitness board for 38 days straight. What Games Are On The Stealth App

One of my favorite games is Galaxy adventure, which is a free game. Also, speed gliding is free, which is a hang gliding game and loads of fun. There are other games available for premium members. After the first week, I knew I was hooked and didn’t hesitate to join the premium. It is per year and under $25. That is a great price and new games are being released regularly, with one premium game to try free for 14 days each month at the time I signed on. Is the stealth fitness board worth it? Yes, it is!

 UPDATE:  Many new games have been added, including Plank Walker, bob-sledding, mountain bike madness, color chase, brunch builder, core connect, turtle dash, stealth fishing, and health ninja are just a few of these motivating games to keep you on your stealth.

Lower back problems improved

I had issues with my lower back. I discovered that these issues were due to a weak core. Since beginning my stealth training, my back problems have improved 100% and I feel stronger overall. I have no problem bending to clean the litter box, or weeding my flowerbeds. My physical health is improving and that has improved my attitude as well and for me, this is priceless!

Combine A Healthy Diet

By combining a healthy diet with the stealth board exercise, I have lost over six inches of fat, and this is a great achievement for me at the age of 53! I have been struggling for years at the same weight, even though my healthcare professional said that I have no issues other than hitting menopause at the age of 44. Ladies, you know what this does to your body! Are you eating healthy to stay healthy?

Eating healthy isn’t the only thing you can do for your body. Adding vitamin supplements and eating a high protein diet along with a regular exercise routine, you can achieve your goals as I have. As you can see, my photos are proof that transforming yourself is not impossible!

Enjoy a good protein bar in the morning. It is a good way to increase stamina and strength.

Can Anyone Use The Stealth Fitness Board?

I have knee issues, but by using a padded mat under my board, along with a kneeling pad for gardening, I had no problem using the modified position. common sense is needed. So, If you have a serious condition physically, PLEASE consult your Dr. before deciding to get a stealth fitness board.
