What Are Schools Really Teaching Children?
Are you the parent actively involved in your child’s school curriculum, or do you help with the math homework, look over the report cards and trust that your youngster(s) are being taught the truth on every subject.
This writer is aware that schools teach evolution. In fact, they not only teach evolution but also teach children that it is acceptable to choose your own gender.
If you are a Christian you will be concerned about this, because the Bible is very clear on these subjects.
- The Bible shows that all things were created by God
- The Bible states that God created man and woman. We are born either male or female.
What Is Acceptable?
Is it acceptable for children to be taught from an early age that they evolved from another species? Consider this renowned scientist’s public admission that the origin of life may be outside the realm of scientific experiments. This well-known scientist is Dr. Rober M. Hazen.
Dr. Hazen holds a bachelor’s and master’s in Geology from MIT and a Ph.D. in Earth Science from Harvard. He has written 250 articles and 15 books. He is a research scientist at the Carnegie Institution of Washington Geophysical Laboratory.
Dr. Hazen taught a course entitled “The Origins of Life” and began this course by stating that there is so much that we do not know about how life emerged on earth. He told his students that we do not know how life began and it is possible that we never will.
So, my question to the scientific world is how then can you continue to teach evolution when you have no idea where life began?
Why Do They Continue This?
It is just one of satans attempts to wipe God out of the hearts and minds of anyone who is not walking with Jesus. What better place to start than with the young and impressionable?
A book entitled Darwin’s Dangerous Idea emerged in the 1990s written by a philosopher named Daniel Dennett. His book accused any parent who taught their children about creation were “spreading falsehoods” and lying to their children. He vowed to change this course and what we see being taught in our schools is this false doctrine.
The Earlier the Better
Evolution is being taught to your toddlers and one prime example of this is the pop-up book that was published in 2002 titled “Life On Earth.”
This 21-page book teaches your young child that life began in the sea and eventually became them.
Again, if you are a Christian, do you want your child’s school teaching something you know to be false, based upon God’s own words?
Gender Confusion and Homosexuality
I’m sorry friends. There is a true evil in this world that is attacking the young to make them believe they were born in the wrong body or that they were born homosexual. Both are learned behaviors and are attributed to past trauma or abuse.
I am aware that these topics are of a sensitive nature. However, it has been stated before that this writer is not afraid to broach these subjects. This blog has been dedicated to sharing the truth as it comes from the Gospel. I will ask you to study God’s word and pray for the Holy Spirit to open your eyes and give you discernment
.Leviticus 18:22 – Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
Mark 10:6-9 – But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female.
Romans 1:27 – And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.
Romans 1:32 – Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same but have pleasure in them that do them.
God Knows My Heart
I have had the opportunity to converse with one individual who is about to marry someone of the same sex. This person was told to leave their church. I believe it is wrong for ANY church to turn a member away. God is the ultimate judge. It is our responsibility to educate and enlighten those around us.
This person told me that “God knows my heart.” This is true, and God does love all of His children but He does not condone certain ways of life and in the end, all will be judged accordingly. Is that fair? If you read God’s word it becomes clear that His ways are the best and He does not change with the times.
A True Conversion
Ezekiel 36:27 (KJV) And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
The Lord gives us a new mind and a new heart once we turn to Him. Nothing is impossible with God and I am living proof of how He takes away addiction. I drank and smoked for most of my life. Prayer, confession to God, and sincere repentance allowed Him to work a miracle in my life. He removed those sins from my life and He can work even bigger wonders for anyone who seeks Him.
Psalms 51:10 (KJV) Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
