Last year I bought a fall jacket. It is fleece and has many different cat faces all over it. Being a cat lover, (we have four felines) when I ran across this jacket I had to buy it. From a distance it appears to be camo. It isn’t until you get up close that you see the various breeds of cats. Everywhere I go some cat lover will comment on the jacket and ask where I got it.
I am more than happy to share where I bought this jacket, because you not only find everything animal in apparel and more, you are helping animal shelters feed rescued pets everywhere. Each purchase you make will provide a certain amount of food. It is a very good site and worthy cause, in my opinion.
It is the animal rescue site, greater good stores. I visit often because there are always great discounts on items. I recently purchased a pair of boots for around twenty dollars. (which also provided 12 bowls of food) In a subsequent search I found the same pair of boots being sold on amazon for over fifty dollars. I shook my head because the boots are exclusive to the greater good store.
More than just clothing, you will find jewelry, home, footwear, bags and more. Something for everyone, and even the one who has everything! Unique rings, bracelets, watches, socks galore, coffee mugs, wallets, blankets, bedding, car ornaments, (I have one in my car). Office accessories, rugs and mats. The list goes on.
If you’re going to shop, why not shop where you are doing some good as well? You can also make a simple donation without buying anything. The products are well made and worth every cent. And as I said, there are always great discounts on this site. The amount of food is always the same.
6.5 million companion pets enter animal shelters each year. This is a sober reminder to have pets spayed or neutered. It is an investment, but one that is badly needed to help keep the pet population under control. Even if you intend on keeping your cat inside 100% of the time, all it takes is that one time they happen to escape to the great outdoors! It is better for their health as well (and your sanity!)
Visit the animal rescue site. You will find something you love!
Until next time, make each and every day count for something!
