What Is The Seal Of God?
We as Christians know that the seal of God is vital to our future. We need it to be recognized when Jesus returns. Do you want to learn Bible truth? Let’s take a look at what God has to say!
- 2 Corinthians 1:21-22 King James Version (KJV)21. Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God;22. Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.
- 2 Timothy 2:19 King James Version (KJV)19. Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.
God Knows Who Will Be Sealed
God knows each one of us that is sealed. It is not some sort of stamp on our forehead but the way we think and act-the way we live our lives and follow His law that sets Christians apart from the rest. How do we know these things? By studying His word of course!
Let’s start by defining exactly what a seal is: A seal has
- Name: God
- Office: Creator
- Territory: Heaven, Earth, sea, and all that is in them
I have included a link to a wonderful storacle on this subject. It contains a study you can do at your leisure to learn more about the seal of God. Simply follow this link and enjoy your study!
So we know that those who give their life to Jesus will be saved from God’s wrath in the end. How can we know that we will be among those with God’s seal?
- Do you believe Jesus died on the cross for you?
- Do you have a relationship with God?
- Have you given your life to the Lord?
- Have you repented of your sins and walk a new path in life?
How do we know we are true Christians? Follow that link to another article and learn some more truth. In the end, it will all come down to God’s law and how we worship Him because the focus will be on the Sabbath.
Why The Sabbath Is Important
We know that God made A day of rest after He finished creating the world and everything in it. This can be found in the books of Genesis and Exodus, for a start.
- And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. (Genesis 2:3)
- Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work (Exodus 20)
Exodus is where God writes His Ten Commandments in stone with His finger. The 4th commandment is the only one that begins with remember! Do you think God wants us to ignore this?
The next topic on my list is the mark of the beast. This is a highly controversial subject and needs to be addressed because so many are being deceived. Please subscribe or bookmark this site today so you do not miss this very important information.
